Profile Biography
Not only was Viola a good baseball player but she also made a name for herself as a basketball player. She was a relief pitcher for the the Blue Sox and she also coached a base for her team. Because she was a left handed pitcher she was valuable to her team in helping to prepare her team for left handed pitchers. Miss Viloa shared her good looks with her sister, Fredda Acker who was Mrs. America of 1947.
