Profile Biography

Lois as a young 18 year old catcher was a veteran receiver who showed a great deal of ability. She came up with the Daisies but was then put on loan to Kenosha where she shared the catching duties. This proved to be invaluable for the young catcher. The next spring through the coaching of Jimmie Foxx Lois showed more fighting spirit and a lot of aggressiveness. Her offense picked up and she started getting more hits and that led to a place on the Daisiy roster. Lois graduated from Kent State Teachers College with a degree in physical education.
