 Betty J. Fritz, resident of Bayfield Co., Barnes, WI died August 22, 1994 at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the age of 69 years.

Ms. Fritz was born and raised in Oshkosh, WI. She was the daughter of the late William Fritz and Anna Bartling Fritz. She moved to Chicago and worked as a dispatcher at a truck parts supplier and retired to Bayfield Co. in 1985.

She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 8320, the All American Girls Professional Baseball League, its Players Association, and the fishing Hall of Fame.

She was survived by a brother, and two sisters. She was preceeded in death by 5 brothers and seven sisters.

A memorial service was held August 26, 1994 at the Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home in Milwaukee, WI. A private interment took place at Lake View Memorial Park in Oshkosh, WI.
